cycas
I just saw an ad for a tens pain control gadget advertised for treating arthritis and a bad back. As you do when you have a dog with a knackered leg, I thought: "I wonder if that would work on dogs?" Has anyone tried one on a dog?
celeste
Terri (Ailsas mum) got one for ole' droopy drawers (Vince) and she says it's really good, interesting idea to use it on a dog, I can't see why it wouldn't work but you do have to apply it for up to 15 mins and it does make your leg twitch, could you ask your vet ? blackmagic
My homeopathic vet used a tens machine on my retriever. The vet nurses told me she put her head up and closed her eyes as if in extacy when they used it. It was used on her back for a sore spine.( arthritis and slipped discs) I would check with your vet, or an animal physiotherapist, that using it in a leg would be okay
