His training is very physical and when you learn more about dogs body language, you can see how the dogs "shut down" out of being bullied by him, and don't actually learn anything other than repressing their emotions. He expects nothing less than 100% from his pet owners and always seems to side with the dog not the owner. Can't be a bad thing in my eyes seeing some of the people he has had to deal with. He could do with a few more people skills but the dogs are what he loves so I forgive him that.
