But, said stoopid brother in law has done something and now, when i clink on an 'email me' link it automatically comes up with microsoft office outlook I can't even send a sodding email with it cos i don't know how to. Is there anywy i can get this off so that when i click on any of the 'email me' links it will go straight through to my tiscali? Pingu Posted November 15, 2006 Report Share Posted November 15, 2006 tiscali what? whats happening sounds very normal to me. outlook is a mail programme and so when you click on a mailto link its opening the mail programme, which is what should happen. cycas Posted November 15, 2006 Report Share Posted November 15, 2006 Tracey, try clicking the 'Tools' menu,and choose 'Internet Options'. Then click on the Programmes tab. Under 'Email' there should be a drop down list of all the different things you can use for email on your computer: with a bit of luck, one of them will be the one you are used to. If none of them look familiar, try them one after another, you can always change it back afterwards and you won't break anything.
