Jude is bloody gorgous. I wouldnt be a decent friend if I thought Ray would be a good idea, as he is going to be needing someone home a lot, and is a bit of a manic bugger who needs work. Jude is horizonally laid back, Vicky is exceptionally quiet and gentle. I could rave about all of them for different reasons, but I confess to having taken a shine to Jude.

In the UK I have Merseyside Retired Greyhound Trust in my kennels so its my local choice Far and away, my obvious choice is Dogstar although when I am in egypt I like to visit ACE (animal Care in Egypt) who are a small charity working to educate people on how to care for their working animals.

morning. I managed a 4 hour sleep without waking up which is an improvement and have just taken another tablet. Will see what the morning brings while spaced out in my own little world

These tablets are having an interesting effect. I dont mind feeling p*ssed but I hope I dont get the virtual hangover too in the morning

Afternoon. I have just got back from the doctors where he was kind enough to give me a steroid injection into the tendon/joint in my shoulder. Apparently my abductor muscle is buggered too The heavy duty painkillers are going to be fun looking at the side effects. I am now putting a disclaimer up that anything odd I say for the next week or so is not my responsibility

Afternoon. I had a lovely afternoon out at the Warrington Horse Show, where I got to meet loads of greyhounds that we have rehomed over the last year. It was great to see them all again.

morning. We have bats swooping about at night but I have no idea what type. I usually hear them rather than see them so Im never any the wiser. Quiet morning for me, as we are shut to the world, and Im off to the Warrington show with the greyhound volunteers a little later.

i think I may have another rottie who does 'posing for pics' as Seth seems to come skidding in when ever I have a camera to hand....

Ive had to come back inside as my dogs wont stay inside if Im out and its too hot for them still. I will do evening feeds in the kennels in a bit then try and finish the mowing and tidying KathyM - your thread is locked as requested. We dont terminate memberships so if you dont want to post here anymore then its down to you to just not come here. You're choice really.

morning. I have mowed my back garden although it was more of a jungle than garden. I have about 1/3 left to do but the mower overheated due to the length of the grass so I shall resume after the kennels closes at 1pm. Its awfully warm out and trying to keep 3 black dogs quiet and out of the sun is a bit of a handfull

take the phone apart and put it somewhere warm like an airing cupboard or on a cloth on a radiator. Ive had a hectic day again. I seem to have come back from egypt running and havnt stopped yet. Kennels all morning, paperwork through lunch, tax returns and p60's after lunch and kennel stuff thrown in between that.

Im not sure where mine came from as a techie friend found them for me but he used E-Mule and just put true blood series 1 in the search and up they came. I shall ask him over the weekend when he is here with the dogs and let you know

The new series begins in america mid june so you can download them as they come out if you cant wait till Jan 2011 for the uk showing I have the complete series 1+2 on my netbook and watched them all while i was in egypt, rather than reading so much at bedtime
