I'm bored, Wednesdays are naff, is it acceptable in today's society to go to the cinema on your own

Tried hypnotherapy for insomnia a few years ago and I wouldn't "go under" I'm going to do it the hard way and just stop. I'm too lazy to mess about with patches.
