  1. We have an 0800 number and it costs in total about £35 per month for the cost of renting the number and the calls (around 15 per day)....it is with NPC (part of Tiscali). If you call them on 0800 542 5000 they should be able to give you the costs and tell you what 0800 and 0808 numbers they have left You can have the number attached to a landline or a mobile number
  2. can't believe he is still looking. I absolutely love him but sadly my circumstances don't meet his needs He is scrummy. A must own a Frenchie or a Dane in the next few years, they just make me melt
  3. try this website www.wag-ayshire.org.uk
  4. I was just about to enroll on the Compass Advanced Diploma - would you advise against it then? Is the material poor quality?
  5. Was this the one about Bully the Rotti? There was a thread on here about it the other day...
  6. Hi I've downloaded the A5 leaflet to put up in vets etc in my area (South Lanarkshire, Scotland) I tried to email to see if you require homecheckers/transporters for this area, but my email was returned as failed (I know you are really busy at the moment so left a message on your answerphone). I have experience for a few different rescues and can arrange references if you need them. I noticed on RHU that you are really busy due to staff changes - I am a mature student and finished Uni for the summer, so if I can be of any help at all please let me know. I do have some other rescue commitments over the summer but have plenty of free time too
  7. I don't often post here - just normally check the help needed section, but WOW what good news! Really pleased for Bully's owners and shocked that a rescue representative was a prosecution witness What happens to dogs terrified at the change surroundings, who nip out of fear at that rescue??
  8. totally understand... best of luck finding the right place for him!
  9. Sorry EGAR I must've missed that bit. I don't have any dogs living with me, but it would be preferable for me to have a dog I am able to exercise with my ex-partners dogs. Thank you for your reply.
  10. I've been thinking about getting a Frenchie for months now, but not many come up in rescue (I have registered with breed rescue etc) and all the reputable breeders have up to 5 year waiting lists. I don't have a dog living with me, no kids, however I do still exercise regularly my/ex partners dogs - although it would not be essential for them to be taken out together, that would be ideal. If this little man is still looking for a home would you please let me know how he is with other dogs. I have experience of Dobermans, Boxer, Bullmastiff....
