Hi there our beautiful dog Lady is house trained but I am having trouble with her not wanting to go to the toilet in the garden She will go out first thing for her wee but then will follow us around in the morning for about an hour whining cause she obvioulsy needs to go out again and do a poo but she will not go in the garden but within minutes of being out on a walk she does a poo Lady is a rescue dog so it may be that she was trained to not do a poo in the garden, but its not always convenient for me to take her out for a walk straight away so I would rather she went in the garden to relieve herself rather than holding on until she is walked Has anyone else had a problem like this? how did you cure it? Any advice greatfully received.

This made me smile. Glad to hear his training is going well for Lizzie I am playing veterinary nurse today. Lady is still very subdued after her dental yesterday so haven't seen much of her apart from a trot round the block (which is all she seems she can be bothered with) and having a bite to eat. Bless her x Weather is glorious, washing out, Mille, our rabbit is sunbathing in the garden. I am off to a fashion show this pm with my Mum. Love it when we go out for Mother and Daughter time Enjoy the rest of the sunshine!

Hello I am delighted to say that its now official that we are adopting Lady Lady is so lovely and has settled with us very quickly. Me and my children were smitten as soon as we met her. Welcome home Lady x

Elaine: how old is Ro? I still wait with baited breathe to not have to ask my children to do things that are part of their daily school routine, ie. brush their teeth, get dressed, eat breakfast in under 30 mins, get their shoes on, etc etc ....... I get sick of hearing my voice each morning ... sure they must too ?!

like all insurances I find Pet Insurance a mine field I am looking at insurance for Lady but am wondering whether or not to just put money aside each month instead and build up an account to help with vets bills as and when they arise.

morning all woke up at 6am and I have had my morning fix .... espresso ! off to shower, do hair, do packed lunches, hopefully before the children rise Lady makes me laugh. She gets up with me so that she can go to the toilet, have her breakfast and then she goes back off upstairs to bed !! my neighbour is a Liverpool fan and when they are on TV the whole street knows about it the shouting, and booing or the cheering ....... he could be sat in my lounge the noise he makes off to bed shortly to read and eat some ice-cream .... hope the kids don't wake up and see me, cause I always tell them they aren't allowed to eat in bed
