Dogs till 3 , work from 3 till 1115 I agree with whats been said earlier in this thread the commercialism we have to endure every year around this time pushes an ideal onto us thats just not normal and seems to be aimed to make people feel left out and therefore retail therapy shop ! My friend and I had christmas a couple of weeks ago , a long dog walk, a roast dinner (for the animals too) and a cry at "its a wonderful life" ... it was perfect and we didnt spend a penny ! all this glitter and hundreds of pounds worth of presents are simply needless .... bah humbug

I have a one bed flat in the West Midlands, shared garden, 1st floor it costs £400 per month ..... I was rejected by all housing associations I applied to because I dont hav children but have a dog. I have worked all my life and still do.

All over the work is available .... the ability to keep a home is not ! Asking for little £20 a week would be rich in my home................... but if I didnt earn 1000 a month I woudnt have £20 to spend on luxury perhaps the council with all the money they take from us should buy some of the property developers out ???

Hmmm I dont actually think its possible to argue that ! When the polish people come here they have families and nowhere to live, they are first in line for council housing ... £40 to £60 per week. I am way down on the council housing list .... no kids ..... no benefits I would never ever get a subsidised home. Have no man no family to share rent with..... £400 per month private renting .... the developers are capitalising because of lack of affordable housing. I earn enough to pay bills .....animal food and pressures(council tax) for the bins to be emptied ... I run a £300 car (valu in total) to get my dogs out of the urban. So no , I have to disagree .... Its not easy to live in England as a born British when you work !

I hate Capitalism, property developers ..... those that want a weekend home and people that keep more money in the bank than they need (which could keep an african family for a year .) Western politics (we will keep all of this so we have far too much in the bank whilst others starve to death) Because we have NO CHOICE in paying it ! Communism .... we all work together to pay the kitty...................... Paying for the Chavs to buy their reeboks (cos they wont work) If refugees were to run the world ! perhaps if we all were buddists we wouldnt encounter the animal farm type reaction to power ????? Or the slight dribbling at the thought of money and its effect ..........

but ! the British people cannot afford to earn less , the economy takes everything it can from us ...... I could never take a wage drop , I only have enough to barely eat and feed the animals after tax rent , CT, water, heat, .................................... and then the small business large blazer people get fatter whilst we (and now polish people) help their small business grow ........................ hmmm I just thought of an excellent contro thread

I have to admit , I was very pro police( army , part of police force in kosovo, felt sorry for them for working against the system) until some recent dealings with the Ch*V Ba*****Ds Now I wouldnt give the gits a water pistol

Its a case of selling yourself at the interview and applying to the right places I reckon! Like it or not we have chosen to share our Island with a lot of places including Poland. So employers have a lot more choice of whom to recruit. Good luck job hunting though

I find it very difficult when I see a dog thats too fat to enjoy a walk ! my 2 are carrying a little weight but not enough to hinder their needs .... a bit like myself actually Its a shame you feel like shaking the daft people that ruin their dogs lives by feeding them to death
