I know when I had Kane at home, we'd often see him and Bob in the front garden (Bob can open any gate..with any amount of ropes tieing closed!!! )

I know how rude are people about my precious angel!!! I'll have a peek in tesco's although that said Holyhead is unlikely to have one, seeing as though they rarely have bread and milk on the shelves so can't imagine why they'd stock torches!!! Was a complete wimp last night and didn't ride cos it was pouring down!!! God I love having a stable, no more standing knee deep in mud getting Kane to shove his food down his gob in 2 seconds so I can get out of the rain!! At least I can actually spend an hour or so just with him (not that he cares as long as he's got haylage he doesn't really need me!!)

Well I never knew that!! I get alot of cramp in my arms in the night...and as I'm vegi who doesn't drink milk I do worry about my calcium levels (not enough to actually remember to take the tablets I've got of course!!! )

Morning Loads of love for Kevin. I was the preverbal drown rat this morning, had to get changed before coming to work otherwise I think I'd of been dripping while I type!!! I wish a certain curly dog would aquire the same aversion to rain as the other 3 seem to have...they all ran back to the van and insisted on me opening the back so they could sit...but Noodle wanted to play!!!!

I drove past the place where Inca lives last night (trying to sneek a peek) but couldn't see her!!! Very jealous ..you'll not get rid of me Sabina once she's with you!!! Glad Daisy is coming along nicely Al, hope you are taking care of yourself too. Will be lovely to have nice new stables. Jayne I was just thinking last night I must invest in a head torch!!! My stable has lights but I think the fields are going to be fun to navigate in the dark, think I might be back to early morning visits to Kane sooner than I expect! We've got the horse walker back working at the yard...much fun last night with 2 of the pony's in it!! One knew what he was doing but the other kept trying to go backwards!! General consensous was that I don't attempt to put Kane in it...Jayne said it's taken a year to mend and 'Tank Boy' is likely to wreck it in 5 minutes!!! How very rude!!!!

Morning Positive attitude is very very hard to maintain in the face of collegue stupidity I'm finding!!! Oh humm... Suzanne, I've been shopping at Lidl and Netto now for around 6 months and my shopping bill (although I'm vegi and don't drink massively) is down to approx £20 per week for fresh food, with a visit to Iceland once a month to stock up the freezer at around £40. I'm lucky as Holyhead has some good cheap food shops and as I work here it's not like I have to spend extra on petrol to shop.

That was one of the funniest things I've seen for along time!! I had to turn off Kats interview!! Bloody Davina...'oh isn't she cute'....no she's a 30 year old WOMAN that is NOT cute it's horrific!!!!!! Live feed afterwards...Rex walking around mind going like the clappers, Darnell like a headless chicken and Rachel and Sara slapping on the make up!!!! Mikey just kept looking very confused!! Loved it, worth watching the whole thing just for that!! (Still want Rex to win cos I really really need the £65!!)

Poor Matt. Hope he feels better soon. I've decided I'm not doing any more work this afternoon. Sat here with a coffee and the Avon mag. Have to say Avon has gone very expensive!!

Had a lovely conversation with a very wise man last night. I've come to some very healing decisions that will hopefully make my life alot clearer and calmer. He told me that you have to clear the dead wood to see the true beauty of a forest and boy is he right. He said that selfish people suck the life from those with a more generous heart and instead of being frustrated by their nature to in fact feel sorry for them as they'll never feel the wonder of kindess. Today I'm feeling alot more positive than I have been previously. There is definately going to be some changes round here!!

Morning I've been on a course for our new system. Tis fun, we can instant message people now...hee hee can see much gossip going around alot quicker!!

I'm not in the slightest jealous................ This is Sabina's new girl. (I think this is her isn't it???? ) Our second filly arrived during a heavy rainstorm on June 26th. Once again Errin Juno has produced a stunning foal by Harrier. To be Registered Baps main reg grade C & Aphc (USA) SOLD and will be going to a wonderful new home.

Right I'm off to pick up Pete (the van), please send not expensive thoughts for his new exhaust!!! (And lets hope they've attached it with superglue like I asked!! )
