Think that's a good idea. I'll go and have a peek at the weekend. Don't worry Michelle, I trust him 100% his Mrs is one of my closest friends and he wouldn't dare do a bad job!!! He's done loads of work for me and my parents inside and out of the house, and also renovated his own house from top to bottom so he's not a dodgy tradesman...he's not cheap either so I expect good work!! After the kitchen he's fitting my wood burner and building a cupboard from reclaimed wood for me!! If she wasn't such a good friend I'd try and nick him for myself, he a rare find..honest, hard working and good at his job!! Put it this way, he doesn't have to advertise and is always working, on a place like Anglesey you don't work if you do one bad job..very very small island!!

Poor Shadow. Melp that's lovely! I often wander about the foster kids that came and went through my parents house. I wouldn't know where to start finding them (they did short term fostering, usually 6 months max). Would be nice to see how some of them were getting on.

Even the mosaic stuff? From what I've seen that looks quiet nice on the photos. I'm not sure about the shiney stuff (sorry Lou ), but I always think matt looks better than shiney anyway. My house is never going to sell (not that I'm planning to move yet) because of the bathroom anyway, it's literally built over the alley between the houses so it's absolutely tiny so I want whatever is easiest for me! If anyone buys this house off me they'll fall for the location and the bedroom and ignore the bathroom (just as I did!!)!!

I just got some info from this web site Here . Apparently we can buy it locally though at a window fitters place. The prices seem alot cheaper than tiles!! Ohhh I'm liking this...might have the whole room done actually!!!

If someone has a geniune talent I'm interested in reading about them, not who they are shagging but their life and views. These so called celebrities that are only in mags cos they've bonked a footballer or fell out of a club with a bit of cotton wool covering their muff...well I couldn't give 2 figs about!! Can't believe how many magazines are sold each week with these people in them!!!

He hasn't but he's planning to use them in his own bathroom, and he's done loads of work for me before. He tiled the whole of my ground floor with slate tiles, a job even my dad said he wouldn't touch with a barge pole, took him 3 weeks but he did the most amazing job!! He's a real perfectionist so I've no doubt he'll keep at it til it's right...drives me nuts cos I'm a 'ahh it will be alright' type of person but I have to admit my floor is stunning!!

My friends OH is going to do my bathroom (took my time, only lived here 2 years!!). Anyway I don't have a bath as the room is teenytiny and I only have a shower. He was going to have to rip out the tiles and replace them (they are cracked and letting through water) in the shower area, but he's suggested to use plastic panels which are waterproof, cheap and easy to fit. I've been online and found some fabulous samples that even look like mosaic tiles! Just wanted to ask if anyone had any experience of using these and if they are as good as they sound? I'm spending alot of money on a really good shower so want to make sure the unit is as good and long lasting as possible!

No very little shelter at this place, that's why I decided to put it on. It is only a light waterproof but still it's annoying to have to do it!! They do have some trees but they don't seem to go under them, Jayne said in the winter when it's cold and wet they use the tree's alot more. Yes I agree the grass is looking alot better, although Kane doesn't agree and still insists on trying to steal any bit of hay laying around!!!

Morning So much sadness today. On a silly note. I opened a new mouthwash this morning, didn't really look at it (well why would you?) and swallowed a mouth full!!!!!!!!!!!!! Very nearly threw up, cos it was just oil!!! Then read the bottle and for some reason it was 2 different colours and they said you had to shake it vigourously!!!! WHY? WHY? WHY? It was absolutely disgusting...I had to brush my teeth 3 times and then ate 4 pear drops on the way to work to get rid of the taste!!!!!!!!!!! Stupid people, what was wrong with normal mouthwash???? (On a good note...I got to use one of the new similes!! )
