  1. Just booked my tickets for the live tour at the O2, I am very muchly excited! Anyone else going?
  2. Im now getting confused, not difficult I know!! But I was told by my dentist in no uncertain terms that implants were NOT available on the NHS. Am I now right in thinking they may be?
  3. Shes beautiful, I hope you can follow up how she gets on.
  4. Jules B, I can totally understand why you say implants are life changing, Im so pleased youre happy with them. I was told quite recently that implants can no longer be done on the NHS, you either pay out for one or go without. But Im very interested in the interst free loan that may be available, I will ask my dentist when I go next week. ( I think Id be first in the queue if I could have one on the NHS. )
  5. Oh god, so nice to hear of someone in the same boat! I lost my front tooth through an absess I had for many years, the plate has totally changed my life - for the worse! I cant eat with it in, therefore cant eat out anymore,if I sneeze it falls out, Im so self conscious of it, its totally changed everything, I sound like a total drama queen, but its had a huge negative effect on me, and was quoted £1500 - £2000 for an implant, way out of my league. Currently waiting for a new one as my current one has broken, just horrible. So i empathise with you totally. Smirnoff, Diane, I had to recently change dentists, as my old one kicked me out for missing an appointment - charming!! I rang NHS direct and they gave me a list of dentists who would take on new patients, maybe thats your first port of call? If youre a private patient I imagine it would be different, but Im sure NHS direct could help you. Hope that helps.
  6. I want one but cant afford one! Have to settle for a horrible plate instead! I did a bit of research on these a while ago, and theyre much cheaper in London and abroad. Worth doing some homework I think. But Ive no idea what its actually like having it done, I believe you have to have a general anaesthetic, but dont know much more than that, sorry.
  7. Im speechless. Wrong wrong wrong.
  8. Totally agree with HELLY and Kats Inc. Total c*** up.
  9. I was disappointed it was ALL ballads again this week. One or two up-tempo would have been nice. I was looking forward to Laura belting out a good ballad though, and was really disappointed with her song choice. For me the two best tonight were Alexandra and JLS. Not sure about the bottom two, but I wouldnt miss Rachel if she were voted off.
