My Down stair's neighbour is up at court next month for repossession of her property. As she is the freeholder (I'm the leaseholder of mine) her numpties of a mortgage company put on the court information that they want to repossess my flat as well! I've been in contact with them and they have assured me they don't have any interest in my property. However, I am going to speak to them again (and the CAB) as I want soemthing in writing sent to me and the court. I thought I had heard about animals being taken by baliffs and although only Max is a pedigree (girl cats moggies, Suki a heinz dog) I am still worryng in case someone came to the flat when I was at work and hurt them / frightened them in anyway. I am probably worrying myself over nothing but when I spoke to the court they are no use at trying to put my mind at ease.

I am very tempted to but Suki seems to get the better of the other bitch. She's not afraid to fight her corner (unlike softy me!)

My girl Suki does not like other bitches but as soon as I see any other dog she is put straight on her lead. A neighbour of mine has a similar sized dog to Suki who hates Suki but they never think of putting her on the lead. I was trying to get home the other day when she came running back towards us and started fighting with Suki. All I got was a mumbled apology when he finally got a hold of the dog.

Have filled in the form for my address, my mam's and my sister's. Will have to text them to tell them to keep their hands off when they arrive

Stupid 40 something blokes (age and IQ judging by the way they acted) who think it is funny to take the p**s out of my cat Max. Took to the vets for a check up last night and went there and back on the bus. Coming back, he miaowed so these two morons did the same and barked as well as made some stupid comments which I couldn't hear!

Rain, got a leaky main roof, leaky flat roof and leaky bay window roof and no money to get them fixed yet. Stupid insurance company who would not pay out to get roof fixed as according them it was not windy enough the night before I rang them. Don't know where they check the wind but I get it straight off the North Sea and live really close to the beach and it is windy!

Banks who think it is ok to take money off you twice, saying that I had sent up an agreement to pay so much a month but there was not enough in the bank so they just took what was there. The reason there wasn't enough was that the direct debit had already been taking out on the same day they took the extra money! Bank call centre staff who don't know what they are doing / talking about. Was told my money would be returned in 4 working days which would have been yesterday. No sign of it so phone up and get another numpty who says it is another 3-4 working days yet. They are quick enough to take it off you but very slow to give it back!

I get the messages about Double Click and agree it is annoying especially when you are on E-bay and they appear several times when changing a page. When I remember, I will ask my brother in law as he sorted my PC problems the last time and installed some stuff on which may relate to these messages.

I guess it was the Sunderland group you saw the poor advertised on. There has been various animals advertised on there as the group allows them, unlike the other groups in Tyne and Wear. I keep e-mailing them and point them in the direction of rescues but most don't reply.
