Layla has a cartophen injection which usually lasts about 6 months. She is on cosequin which I've now cut back to one a day. My vet tells me to stop the cosequin if she has rimadyl. Touchwood she is still doing well with her magnetic collar, we went for a really long walk on saturday and she bounced into the car. I have everthing crossed that this continues but I have been told that spondylosis can plateau for a long while. I still notice her gait is not right at the back but so far no more pain from her HD. (says she touching her head, touchwood) Hope Ice gets some relief and help from either the pool or the homeopathic vet. I bought Layla a magnetic collar last week. She was diagnosed with spondylosis in December, I know she isn't suffering or in pain but cannot do the things she loved to do. I don't know if it is co-incidence but over the last 2 days she has seemed more like her old self. I'm praying it is not wishful thinking but so pleased to see her playing like this and not having an adverse reaction.

I have just bought Layla a magnetic collar so I am hoping that it will help her spine a bit, plus I ordered a bracelet for myself for my knees and shoulders.
