Thanks for your answers. Well, I am not sure she is actually incontinent. She doesn't "leak" as such, just needs to go out more often, but that might have been down to nervousness and anxiety. From observation it seems that she rather marks than wees out of loss of bladder control. Nevertheless she gets CSJ "Hold it", can't harm, can it ;-) And she is spayed now.

I heard on the radio today, that she actually wasn't sure it was a good decision and sent a letter to all th parents asking if that was ok. So why be so hard on her, if she was in doubt anyway and asked parents for help. It must be hard to understand for the children, especially as they suggested the name. Common sense doesn't seem to come in here from any side.

No, I don't think that she insulted ISlam. I think she did a very naive thing, with good intentions. This should be taken into consideration. I find it horrible that there is always somebody who has to stir things up. Saying that the catholic church was always very quick about blasphemia, so I think you can find those people in every corner of the world. Very sad, very sad. I feel very sorry for Gillian and find the punishment that was mentioned atrocious.
