  1. I too have spent the past half hour laughing loudly, awww'ing and cooing over all the entries. It's really made my night! I don't envy the judges to be honest every single category is full of excellent piccies. Oh and I am head over heels in love with the two white Boxers in Bestest Buddies - who are they? They are adorable!
  2. I love all the entries so far! It's gonna be hard to judge!
  3. *waves and blow kisses to my lovely pupper* Was really nice to meet you two, and glad he settled in no bother! Keep me in pics for my Mungo fix, mind - we miss him already!
  4. I have just sent a fiver via Paypal. Will choose & email my piccies tomorrow once my payment is confirmed here.
  5. Really good. I love the pics of the brindle Staffie kissing the young lady.

  11. Dear ******* (edited my name out) Many thanks for your email and apologies for the delay in responding. Yes, the RCVS is concerned about the current situation. The RCVS President Professor Sheila Crispin yesterday attended a meeting of the Dog Legislation Advisory Group (a working group that includes representatives from the British Veterinary Association, the police, the Kennel Club, Dogs Trust and other dog charities), to examine ways in which the Dangerous Dogs Act could be amended. The group feels that the approach to dangerous dogs should be more concerned with ‘deed’ rather than ‘breed’. Initiatives such as amnesties on particular breeds firmly fit with the latter approach, which we do not feel is satisfactory, not least because the issue of 'pit bull type' identification is a difficult one. I understand that some form of statement will be released by the DLAG later in the week. I will forward this to you once I have it.
