joshnbecks Posted June 1, 2009 Report Share Posted June 1, 2009 Whilst buying the dog and ferret food the other day I got talking to the shop lady about ferrets. Turns out she knows someone who found one in her JRT's jaws over a year ago It has been kept since in a hutch alone and not had much done with it. So to cut a long story short we went to see him yesterday and he has moved in!! He needs some building up as he hasnt had much exercise etc and Ive got to get him vaxed as they hadnt got him done (oh and snipped) but Pip (as he's now called) is a big albino hob and very friendly. He and Polly have hit it off big time and after playing for a couple of hours they curled up together in the cat bed sleeping. They have had some day old chicks to eat, considering Pip hasn't had any fresh meat for the time he was in the hutch (fed dry food) he has soon got into the swing of being a proper ferret Today they are still fine and really enjoying each others company Will get a pic once it cools down a bit Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
