kats n greys Posted March 8, 2009 Report Share Posted March 8, 2009 Glad you are all safe A goldie owner that we know had a similar incident when her dog jumped into a drainage ditch in the heavy rains recently - he was swept away and she jumped in after him unfortunately she was by herself and both of them nearly died because it was about 25 mins before anybody came into the area that they were and she was up to her neck and ended up in hospital with hypothermia Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Charlie is much like Bert and I often have visions of me having to jump in after him as he has a tendancy to jump in where he can't get out and then panics! Oh the things we do for these labs!
