Fee Posted December 30, 2008 Report Share Posted December 30, 2008 Scamp is a lovely Bearded Collie cross who came into Oldies Club care due to his owner’s ill-health. He’s 15 years old and is smaller than an average Beardie. Scamp is currently in Plymouth and he’s settled into his new foster home really well. He has a gentle nature and is a pleasant, well behaved house guest. He gets on great with cats, children and other dogs. Scamp loves his walks and is well behaved both on and off the lead. As he’s a little hard of hearing his recall isn’t very good, but if you sign to him he’ll follow you anywhere! He loves meeting other dogs and will make friends easily. He’s a very good boy in the car too! Scamp loves company, but he takes himself off somewhere quiet at times. He’s fine to be left alone for 4-5 hours without problems, but he likes you to say goodbye first! Scamp is in good health and is still very active. He has recently has a dental and had 11 teeth removed, but he’s recovered well and is eating normally. Scamp is neutered, vaccinated and microchipped and has been wormed and flea-treated.
