lil_angel
Its that time of year where I need to renew. I now have 1 years NCB and having looked on these comparison sites the Halifax quote is nearly £200 less than my current insurers offer of renewal. Is anyone with the halifax and are they any good? willowisp
Its wierd but Direct Line has always worked out cheaper for me for every car (im 28 have full no claims) and elephant and the AA are always well over the price...but having said that ive never had to claim, so i dont know how they are at dealing with them Its just a matter of looking around im afraid, i used to work for Direct Line and the difference in price can vary on so many things its unbeleiveable
lil_angel
The cheapest for me appear to be Halifax, Sainsburys, Sheilas Wheels and then Kwikfit who I am currently with. Im 25 with 1 year NCB
Ian
I'd check the best price by ringing them & then ring one of the bigger brokers (many ad's have freephone no.s too), you may find that they will shave a little more off to get the business. Might only be £20 or so but better in your pocket than the insurers. Personally I don't think any of them are "good" - they are all lining shareholders & directors pockets not looking after your interests so screw them dosn as much as you can
