Only one thing missing - a bottle of wine to pour into the glasses and then put the stopper in - assuming you don't drink it all. So here is one: a bottle of Barooga Station Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot 2005. A rich, elegant and thoroughly drinkable red from Australia. Aromas of ripe plums with spicy notes and hints of violets. Full-bodied and smooth, it makes a great partner to roast lamb, peppered steaks, stuffed tomatoes or firm cheeses. Best before end 2008 (will it last that long?
