LurcherLongdog Posted March 31, 2007 Report Share Posted March 31, 2007 Dog running loose at the Eastbourne Golfing Park Ltd, Lottbridge Drove, Eastbourne, East Sussex. Poss. GSD x Collie, male, youngish looking, probably under 5yrs old. He's nervous and flighty. Spent almost 2hrs trying to catch him but no luck. Golf course has railway line running along the back and 2 busy roads along the side and front. Police notified. Will call dog warden first thing Monday morning. If s/he's still around, might be worth trying some very smelly treats, and take a dog with you (might give him/her some confidence). No sightings reported on the golf course either Probably a very long shot but maybe the owners phoned the police and they passed on the reported info?
