Excel Spreadsheet Help

I have done this many times, and now hate Excel. If you look between 1 and 65, is there a thickish grey line? If you place your mouse in the lower number, close to the top, your pointer should turn into a bar with an arrow in it. If you move it around in box 65, it should, at one position, show a gap in the bar. If you double click when this shows, you should get one row back. You then have to repeat for each of the rest of the rows.

Hopefully someone will have a better idea how to get them all back at once.

ETA: This only works if they are actually hidden. IF something else has happened to them, then it won't work.

Just found out how to unhide everythign that is hidden - select all, then go Format --> Row --> Unhide (or Column --> Unhide if its a hidden column).
