snow Posted September 5, 2006 Report Share Posted September 5, 2006 If it's just a good word processing package then Open office Writer is almost as good as Word and is completely free plus it'll open word docs too - if it's the other bits that come with Ofiice like Access & Excel then it isn't in the same league (I've spent all day today trying to get the base prog to do what I want and I gave up in fustration).
