  1. Today I lost 2.5lbs (22 total (10% of my original body weight ); Gary lost 2 (23lb total) and Courtney lost 0.5lb(18 total) Family total is now 62.5 lbs lost Well done to all the other losers
  2. At our WI on Saturday (previous Saturday having been cancelled due to snow) I lost 4.5lbs a total of 19.5 since 10th January. Gary and courtney also lost and together we have lost 57.5 lbs so far.
  3. Those eyes already look less sad Wendy, I hope it all works out because that girl looks like she's come home.
  4. Devastated - went to weigh in on Saturday morning (admitedly we took the Land Rover)and it was cancelled due to weather - bloomin wimps! We three (Gary, Courtney and I) feel quite lost - I didn't realise how much we relied on the public "outing" of our succes (or failure) to motivate us. So we are sitting at G -16lb, C -9lb, Me -15lb which was our third wi losses until next Saturday. Went to Mothers for tea on Sunday too so I'm not banking on a double loss come Saturday.
  5. I'm sort of dieting on the quiet. I didn't post that I was re-starting WW on 10th Jan as I was embarassed at how much weight I had to lose I am going with my OH Gary and Courtney and I am hoping to lose 6 stone (see told you it was embarassing) At my weigh in on Saturday morning, I had lost a total of 15lbs so at least I'm on the road now.

  10. One of the ladies at our Agility club has Border terriers and regularly competes with Connor - should I ask her or has Lois found a home?
  11. All so very sad here. A very good friend and an active Agility and Flyball competitor Anne Gray tragically died yesterday at too young an age after a brave but too short fight against Bile duct Cancer, please send your very kind thoughts to her Husband Derek and her 2 sons. Please also send strength to Val, another friend and H J Agility trainer, whose son Ryan was one of the passengers killed in the car accident in Gloucestershire at the weekend. Both very kind, gentle people A very sad week for HJ Agility.
