Sadly Im too young to consider retirement. Im only 29. Extreme kick in the teeth is the same week this is all happening theyve put a job ad out for deputy chief exec of £131,000!!! Yes i work for a Council. Its effecting everyone. They claim that only 15% were to go down but pratically everyone I know has lost money. The only ones who seem to be benefitting are the manual workers. We have paid protection for 1 year and can appeal. Its now going to ballot and members of the 3 main unions will vote yes or no. If all 3 come back as Yes it will proceed if any of them come back as a No it gets chucked out and back to Council to be looked at again. I was so stressed last night with the waiting and now seem oddly calm now i know

I dont like those who push charities im my face. I especially hate the 'Bibs' in town who approach you with their clipboards. Its my choice which charities I give and dont give to. Ive been hit with losing just over £1000 per annum so will be appealing.

Urgh atmosphere in work is horrendous. We're going through job evaluations. Everyone was supposed to get their letters on the same day but they have fecked up and some of us are still waiting. Only supposed to be 15% going down but pratically everyone we know seems to have gone down. The unknown is so stressful and I was so wound up I came home and burst into tears. My boss really isnt helping by winding everyone up.

Snow. My Mum used to have flavoured ices and ice lollies when she was having chemo. It stopped her being hydrated and also chemo can cause mouth ulcers because the body becomes so run down it soothes them. My Mum has been a saint and has been putting posters up everywhere to advertise an event were running next weekend. Im not sure Louie is appreciating all the extra walks. Everytime I come home he looks knackered

Afternoon. Hello Marion Jayne if you want a thudnershirt for future use let me know as I have a Batleys account and they had them stocked in my local one last time I went. If I had known they were doing them before I went I would have asked people Louie is thankfully not at all bothered by fireworks and will happily go out for a wee with them popping over head. My friend has a cat that shot into her house probably due to fireworks yesterday. Shes keeping her safe in her spare room for now whilst we try and find her owner. Very affectionate and talkative. Louie would be interested in secret santa if taking place. Could I ask that if possible that I not have cats again as have them for past couple of times and not being a cat person I really dont know what sort of things to go for even though I get given suggestions
