  6. We have clay too, 2 years ago we had to rip half the lawned area apart to level it and we seeded, its doing fab, I thought it would be much harder to get into a decent shape

  9. I live in bridgend, not far from junction 37, 2 children with broken bones but sadly mummy wasn't so *lucky* and is still in a coma :-(

  11. Thankfully only 2 are in, but the weather has made it vile
  12. Its been very windy and wet down here too, and ive been horse sitting 8 horses... needless to say tonights stable duties weren't much fun!
  13. Eddie is part patterdale, he can be rather lively but on the whole he follows the others, with a few barmy moments... I still think she has staffy in there how ever much it is
  14. Kelly I didn't realise you'd been so close (bargoed) .... Diesel dog came from aber bargoed! I am now off to gaplad to nosey and the hopefully new snowdog

Owl I think its fab that your mum is happy in the care home, my nan was the same, mum had to move in leaving dad home alone when gramps died, but like you nightly wandering was an issue plus of course mum was tied 24/7... nan got to see lots more people, have day trips, play bingo etc in the care home and she had staff about 24/7 plus of course mum was able to go home, sleep normally etc and was more with it to visit nan loads and still take her out places

  18. Crossing absolutely everything for Nog... I have to admit I've found Candice very thorough... much moreso than most vets I've dealt with.... really really hoping for good news tuesday
  19. Its Maes glas I use for the dogs, Candice in Bridgend has been dealing with Diesel... I really hope they've called you by now, they are usually really good, its the vet we've used as far back as I can remember for the family animals.... only once I've had a similar problem
