sorry if i appear to have been invisible-loads on. most importantly-Moo dug a whole new hole in the garden im so pleased-she digs when she is happy with life-so to see her rearranging a new bit of the lawn was fab. Claz-you cannot make people what they cannot/will not be......and please dont waste time on trying to help someone achieve a goal (ie sorting out their own history) if they dont want to do it. You will feel a failure. this is not a black hole 9they swallow you up, and reduce you to nothing) this is a ig thunderstorm with lightining & rain.....but it will pass. fee

as someone who has never yet managed to post a photo-yes i know (cloudy has promised when i go and stay next she will show me again in very simple steps!) the photo reminds me od my job-and my signature of life generally! if i could choose i would have Michael-the most beautiful creature on Gods earth as my avatar fee

a few suggestion: 1. be prepared to talk about confidentiality-VV imp. in NHS (think IT security, phones, locked cabinets, password protection) 2. the NHS has a new IT records system Rio-so if asked if you need further training -thats a gimme! 3. be prepared for medical terminology-so make a note if you dont understand it (check first if a med. dictionary is available) enjoy-and good luck fee

i loved my old trailer tent. Frankly-if you have more then 3 firing neurons-you can put up a trailer tent. Go for a modern one-theyre lighter/more waterproof-and usually you can get bigger awnings-essential for dogs. i never found it cold-but the mattresses are usually thin-so be prepared! basically treat it like you would a decent tent-and enjoy my old one had 2 double beds which folded out from the centre-with loads of storage for usual bits & bobs (it had god awful orange curtains as well!) i prefer them to a caravan-easier to store/monouvre-but the camping clubs will advise. i have had a raclet & a conway fee

my absolutely wonderful neighbour following several years of IVF trauma/surgery/emotional battering is due to have her first child-a girl in November.. i would like to buy them something to celebrate the arrival of this dearly wanted child-i was vaguely thinking of a rose bush/scented plant for the garden. But then thought-if id just had a kid-would i prefer alcohol, baby stuff-or even a massage? they are very much homely people-who are so thoughtful & lovely to everyone else-id like to get them something special-but as I am not family-i dont want to be interfering-if that makes sense! so -any ideas my little fugee friends?? fee

im stewarding at a show at maidstone today-so if anyone is in the area-say Hi-i think im doing novice obediance-but then again-who knows. i am the short dumpy woman with a dykey do haircut! we all had sausage sandwiches for brekkie (OH & dogs have gone back to bed-they are planning on a day of sleep a bit, eat a bit, sleep a bit......) Michael and i did the long walk this morning-right over the fields as the sun was coming up-lovely watching the mist gradually fade away... fee

Moo ate her nan bread with gusto. Gusto appears to be what is coming out the other end the new curry place was Brilliant-i had Halim (vegan thing with veg, lentils, lime juice & chilli) happy Fee apologies for all i have been totally ignoring-life seems to be a roller coaster. i went to a funeral yesterday of a woman i first nursed 22 years ago....her 14 yr old daughter was the spit of her mother-i hope they have very different lives. twas sad fee laura-glad that rather loverly son of yours is being the treasure you deserve

in this house Michael can sleep on: the double bed the single bed 6 assorted dog beds throughout the house a handmade wool rug 2 arm chairs a large sofa a leather squidgy chair why then in Gods name did he have to sleep with me on the Z bed? which is most definatly NOT small fat woman and saluki sized. i suspect we both had a terrible nights sleep fee ps Moo slept well on her Grandma squirrel bed-alone!
-
michael managed to knock Moo over in the garden this morning-she knocked her leg-near her bum & made it bleed-all she needed. i know it wasnt deliberate-but i was bloody annoyed at him so i ended up not going to paws in the park-but staying home & being nurse. she was very wobbly for a while-and neded help to stand up-but seems fine now-and is happily asleep down stairs Hoo HUm i step forward, a little one back fee
-
the Z bed is a hit its a damn sight more comfty then the sofa! fee ps can anyone recommend a pet sitter who covers Kent?

we managed a proper walk this morning-very slow with more sniffing then anything else-but its the first proper walk Moo has had since coming out of hospital. they all had vegetable risotto for breakfast Hows this for logic-proper Risotto includes using a lot of butter-OH (who cooked it) is quite clear-because the butter was organic and unsalted-thats the healthy option! still i enjoyed it last night-and Hounds snaffled it at speed this morning! fee ps im off to buy a Z bed this morning-we are still taking turns to sleep downstairs with Moo-and we will continue to do so till she gets a bit stronger-but the bloody sofa is killing me-i took all the cushions off it and slept on the floor-which was fine except Michael decided to join me in the night.....6 sofa cushions, 1 fat human and 1 pointy dog does not comfort make

im off to bed down on the sofa (my turn to sleep downstairs with Moo) my dad spent the day with her she has had several meals today-and was more then happy to finish my korma/rice and nan bread.....(michael had the real spicy curry)i know its an odd diet-but when shes at home with all her mix & match foods-ive never had any problem with her digestion: so ive decided b*****ks she can eat what she likes she is still very wobbly-but happier in herself..so fingers crossed for the mooching hound.... fee apologies if i am totally ignoring other peoples lives-im just so focussed on Moo
