Feeling really good, just completed the homecheck and as soon as they answered the door I knew them - lovely family and lovely house and one very lucky dog will be in his forever home tonight They had lost their beloved pedigree dog earlier in the year and had found their prospective dog by accident on the net - they did not realise they could find the breed they loved in resuce, so all in all good news all round

Hoping Sir H is feeling better this morning and that his mum gets a reassuring update

I have just been for the all time wettest of wet walks and now realise that my waterproof aint waterproof anymore Good point though, no other dogs around so we had great fun off-lead and splashing in the puddles alongside the canal and feeding all the ducks and little ducks. I am doing my third ever home check on Saturday so feeling rather nervous although the people I called were very nice and are desperate to bring the dog home as they have already met him and done the introductions etc., and have been to see him in foster and have spoke to the rescue today and gone through a few points etc., and it is only 3 mins from our house so will probably get to see him around and do a follow up for them if requried

3 of our physio's have it at work and to be honest there are quite a few people round here with it, none at Harry's junior school but quite a few at the senior school. Think it is just a matter of time before most people will get it unfortunately. Have quite a few mates who have offered to help if we get struck down and I have offered back accordingly.

My friend is with Gregory Pennington and can't speak highly enough of them and strangely the only company she is having "trouble" with is HSBC who don't want to pay ball Forgot to add "morning"

Hi, I totally feel for you. 8 years ago I had a miscarriage and was unaware apart from a very light bleed, which was worrying although like you had not even considered may be pregnant, so had mixed feelings as I thought I had some underlying serious illness. I attended the hospital and all this was confirmed, however, I seem to remember actually getting pregnant again within the month and hence Harrison! I would certainly get this properly checked out for your own piece of mind (sorry I cannot do emotions, so have a hug x

Not been on for a while but sending hugs to all that need them (smiley face) just got back yesterday from Spain and then went straight to see Take That at the Ricoh in Coventry tonight and had the most brilliant night ever and to top it all just came into the house and Polly Collie, Lee & Harry fast asleep and Eds was at the door to greet me! Take That were absolutely wonderful and we danced all night on Coventry Football Clubs ground !!

Went to the Greyhound Gap show today with OH, Harry, Pol & Ed and came home with 5 rosettes including Polly Collie only getting a FIRST and a TROPHY in the Prettiest Bitch competition against about 50 others. How proud are we and even more so, cause Harry took her in the ring and has never come first in anything!!!! Result, two exhausted dogs and a a very happy Harry, plus the Blues got promoted so OH is happy as well - can't ask for much more!! Oh and Ed was brilliantly behaved and got a couple of specials, not bad for a dog who 2 years ago would have tried to eat any other dog for lunch, although we did spend half the time avoiding the only GSD there but he was HUGE

that Eddie would be off lead 95% of the time and that I would be confident enough to do it Don't know why really because he is by far the most reliable and even when he spies the enemy (GSD) if it is a choice between going after the enemy or losing us ... well he choses us, we just turn and walk the other way and within seconds he is alongside us Here is the proof that we have now joined the off-leaders and just because I think he looks a bit handsome in this one

Happy 4th Birthday Eddie .... you really are a sweatheart and we all love you dearly. How anyone could not have wanted you is a mystery to us because you are just totally adorable and luvs everyone, just like everyone luvs you Always swore I would never have another terrier after Alfie (soul-dog) but am just so glad I changed my mind, albeit went for a different colour and much larger version although very similar in your hatred of cats but for a terrier you have fantastic recall and we couldn't have wished for a nicer boy to join our family. Thank you for chosing us to be your proper family, you brighten up our lives everyday and we could not imagine life without you.
