What snacka are you allowed, jazz? Hope you get a good result from your appointment. A beautiful autumn day here. My DIL in Romania has told ]me about storm Boris hitting Eastern Europe. Tents have been provided for those displaced from their homes in Romania. Son and DIL are in the eastern end so sidn't get the flooding ( they are on the seventh floor so would be well above anything) but the temperature dropped from 30 degrees to 13 degrees in the space of a few hours.

You were lucky, owl. BBC forecast did mention heavy hail showers but I didnlt catch where. We have a nice autumn day, sunny and dry. I feed raw, jazz, and get 4 weeks worth delivered at a time. I have fed raw for 25 years.

Been out for walk- sunny but cold wind. Waiting for dog food delivery.

The fog has lifted this afternoon, at last. One knee is okay, one os painful when anything touches it, even my trousers. Bought myself a steak for dinner tonight.

Fog hasn't lifted all day . I t did get slightly lighter but seems to be settling in again. It is damp and feels cold. Walked Harry this mrniong in the damp fog. Went shopping this afternoon and fell in the door with two bags of shopping. Forunately, nothing breakable in the bags. Now have two painful knees.

Had a busy day. Washing done, went to dog park, then baked Victoria sponge and made carrot and coriander soup. Washed up the debris from baking and soup makking and brought washing in. By then time to make dinner and sit down to eat and relax.

very routine here. Weather stay8ng warm but wet at times. Not ventures anywhere as roadworks are causing chaos on the roads around here. Retails park was gridliocked on Sunday afternoon as so many were driving through it to avoid going the long way round but that caused tailbacks at the traffic lights to get back on the main road. Traffic was nose to tail solid. You can't cross the road as there are no gaps in the traffic. Chaos. First day of autumn on Sunday.

We are okay. Fed up with this weather. Autumn is settling in but where was summer? Just waiting for the dog walker to take Harry out. On Tuesday he would not get out of the van for Joy, he wanted David ! He loves going out with them to new places and new adventures.

Getting used to this nice weather. Had a long walk with Harry round a large field at the nature reserve. Only saw a fisherman who didnlt seem to be happy about us as I think there is a no fishing rule . Cut the grass this evening, when it was cooler, as the forecast is wind and rain tomorrow. I hope they are wrong!

Feeling better now. Will wait intil later to walk Harry as it is quite warm today. Half price electricity today so washing out. Unfortunately, got lots of ironing to catch up on so will do some of that at some point.

Had to get another antibiotic as bug was resustant to one I had. Unfortunately, of the three options I am sensitive to two of them. The third one has many possible nasty side effects so I onlt have a three day supply. It does seem to be making a difference. Otherwise I have been watching the Olympics.

Nursing a urine infexction. Got a face to face appointment with GP this morning! usually it is a phone appointment. Harry was at groomers today and has been shorn. She has been a bit enthusiastic with the scissors. Hopefully it won't take too long until his feathers grow again. We have some showers tonnight but it is still warm.

Very warm day here. It has beena good week so far. Any rain has been overnight. Harry had his first walk woth the dog walker today. They were very complimentary on his behaviour. Said he was the easiest dog they had had. He went off with his tail high , without a care. Lovely to see.

Three warm , dry days must be record for this summer. Three more mats scrubbed, brown bin for garden rubbish scrubbed out and now drying out. Got invited to family for impromtu buffet dinner. Very welcome on this muggy afternoon- saved me cooking.

Very warm here- two dasy running, we are spoiled. Just had a coffee but think I should have had a cold drnk as I am so hot my specs are misting up on my face. Went mad this morning and steam cleaned the floors then washed the mat for the kitchen floor. Is is hung over the fence to dry now. I t is a differernt colour now it is clean!

After a warm day it is now raining again. Walked Harry this morning ,luckily. Did some ironing as there was more waiting to be ironed than in the drawers and wardrobe.

Misty morning, then sunshine, then heavy rain and now dry again but warm. Normal Scottish summer day.

Took Harry to a P in the Park event. HIUndred of dogs, stalls, demonstartions and fun dog show. There was an enclosed park where various groups of dogs could run free and socialise. We went to a rescue dog one, so there was all shales and sizes. All the dogs were very polite. I don't think Harry had experienced so many dogs before. He shared his attention between the dogs and the owners. He was well behaved going round the show, into stalls and tents. He lay quietly while we ate our lunch. I was pleasantly surprised by his behaviour, until the last free running spot , which was open to all, when his prey drive kicked in as there were lots of dogs doing zoomies. He played keep away when I called him back to me. Need to work on his recall against distractions. He was a tired dog last night.

Turned out a warm, sunny day here. The weather has been so bad this week I was going to make soup today. But niw it is too hot! Have chicken cooking in the airfryer. Want to go to the library but I am waiting for a return call from the garage. The guy was on a phone call but it must be a long phone call.

Son's dog had baby teeth that had not fallen out, removed last week.- £400 She was back to her bouncy, zoomy self the next day. Been a sunny warm day so bed stripped and washed as the rest of the week is supposed to be rather wet. Just been out for a quick walk with Harry. The sky is very black but as yet no rain.

Still no sign of car key. Ihave searched the house more than omce and my son searched this morning. his comment was you must have gremlins in this house as iI previously could not find my shed jey and had to get a new lock. Bck to normal miserable summer weather.

Looked in shopping bag and carrier but no luck. I remmber locking th car and then coming in but that's it. I thought I had maybe left it in my coat pocket but nope.

I have searched the house 2 and 3 times but ni sign of it. The car is locked on the drive so I had it to come home from shopping on Tuesday but it is not in its usual place. No idea where it is. It is very annoyuing.

Did you find 'what pin? Went to go shopping and can't find my car keys. Hunted the whole house. Where are they?
