Gotta go work in a minute but thought I'd briefly say summat - if only the bliddy RSPCA were as quick to react to REAL cruelty cases (not saying this is not deserving but pleeeese, come on), and as for the red tops, I stopped buying em ages ago for all the derogatory clap trap they print re Rottweilers.

Back in the middle of Sept there was a 'Top Dog Day Out' in our local forest (Forestry Commission), it was brill, Eve had a go at agility, there was the usual dog show; waggiest tail, etc., the dog warden was there, some therapy for dogs was there (ah just remembered, think it was Bowman?), Hearing Dogs for the Deaf had a stall and there was demonstrations too, oh and you could have a go at flyball too itwas a brill day out
  10. Thank you all for your good wishes for Nina, she is a very special little girl, we have only had her since the end of May, but she is going to leave one huge hole in my heart, she is so gentle, never ever has had a cross word, (well only to tell Eve off for trying to nick her biccies), and is so affectionate, anyways here's a 'face' pic of her and this is her on her daily sojourn in the garden btw, she is 12 years young, or thereabouts, we're not 100% sure of her age
  11. Nina was diagnosed last week with bone cancer, tis in her shoulder so we are spoiling our little girl rotten, we do not know how long she has got left with us so we're taking each day as a bonus and a special day, here she is getting to grips with an early Christmas card

  13. Can anyone living in the Bramley, Leeds area try and get a look at the Dogs4us superstore. I have been told they have got 3 emaciated bassett pups and 3 emaciated rottie pups in there. I googled Dogs4us and found forums setting up talking about the puppies possibly coming from puppy farms in Ireland. If anyone gets to see anything please can you do you best to get this practise stopped. Trading standards or RSPCA maybe. Google Dogs4us. (crossposted from another forum)
