I have been advised to get avon 'skin so soft' as a mosquito repellant - there are quite a few to choose from!!! Any one used this and if so which one should I buy - thanx :)

Help !!! As most of you are aware I am going on holiday on 10th November for 2 weeks to Sri Lanka :) I haven't left the UK for 27 years so consequently I don't have a clue on what I need to take with me. Amy did say I would need to have my shoulders and knees covered if I am going into temples etc If anyone has any suggestions I would be soooo grateful

I don't have any before photos and I'm not 'after' yet lol I haven't run since July didnt realise it was that long and don't feel great about it. But went out with new man this morning and did about 3miles. He was very encouraging and kept me going!! He then carried on and did another 6 miles

Also I have re-activated my twitter account and I still just don't get it??

Morning everyone Gosh this is so strange but I am feeling the best and happiest that I have for years. I have found a wonderful man who is brill, the boys like him and so do the dogs. I know it is early days as it has only been a few months but at the moment it is going so well. I am feeling valued and appreciated. I have done more and been spoken to and asked my opinion more in these few months than the whole of my marriage/relationship with my ex. I think this is what a real relationship is supposed to be like :-D

What is parkrun ?

Not keeping up at the moment as I am v busy I am very excited at the moment cause I am going to greenman festival in Brecon on Thursday - I have never been to anything like this and haven't been away without the boys ever
