Two years ago today we drove to Northampton to collect our gorgeous boy. These two years have flown by so fast. I love you so very much Oscar, you make me smile every day and my only regret is that we didn't meet sooner. I would have loved to meet you as a puppy! As it is, when we adopted you from the OC, you were "allegedy" 14 years old, making you around 16 years old now. Hmmn, I have my doubts sometimes! Especially when I get in from work on a lunchtime, and you're jumping around like a loon, barking, licking, and general maniac behaviour. Or when you wake me on a morning, with your shnoz in my face, then we get down on your bed for morning cuddles, and you wiggle like a worm and put your leg around my shoulder You love 1) food 2) sleeping 3) us You like your cuddles, but on your own terms - you like your own space and we respect that. I don't know much about your life before you came to us, but I don't think it was that great. I hope you've forgotten any bad times by now.... We spoil you rotten, and we know it, but that's what you're here for! You've made me and OH sit on the same sofa for the first time in years (you've taken full custody of your own sofa) and you always get a little bit of what we're eating, cos we just can't resist your big brown eyes and look of complete and utter concentration (as if you are trying to will the food to your mouth by thought alone!) When we're on our (separate) sofas watching tele, you always lay facing me, seeming to look at me constantly saying "I love you mum" . I love you too Oscar When you get excited, you sneeze - LOTS, and when you sneeze, you quite often trump at the same time! And then look at me!!!!! Angel, sweetheart, honey, pudding, sausage, boodle, snack-stop, Oscar - you answer to none of these names, cos you're a wee bit deaf (I think selective though, cos you always hear the fridge door), a clap or a whistle normally does the trick... I often say to you "how many kisses do you get each day Oscar?" 'Cos you get loads - 50 at least - and you give lots back too!) So, Oscar and the OC thank you so very much for two fantastic years [/img]

Great pics Scrufffyyyyy!! Scruffy came here and met Oscar a while ago, Oscar was very good (for a dog who normally goes into attack mode at the mere sight of another dog!) and even let Scruffy have his place on the sofa an evryfin! - must be 'cos Scruffy is so special ( Hi mikaela )
