my dogs lie on babies plastic changing mats. always cold, waterproof and nothing harmful if they chew them. cheap in charity shops

What is the coolant? I have been looking at one for Harry but also found some poor reviews. We have had a better day today- cooler with a breeze so not so humid. Still very pleasant. Grandson and his pals found a stray dog this afternoon. It was a french bulldog and was on the busy main road. It went into a garden and was trying to getin the patio doors. But there was nobody in. They phoned my son for help and he came to me looking for a slip lead. It was lashing with rain and they didn't want to leave it outside so managed to get a slip lead on it and take it to the local vet. The vet knew the dog and contacted the owners- who lived in the house the dog went to but had popped out, not realising the little dog had slipped out. They were grateful for them looking after the dog

Sorry, been struggling with the heat. Fin has a non-gel coolant which helps. Should be a bit cooler tomorrow.

my water bill is going up £10 a month. its going up 32% and I owe £21. dont know how as I dont use much

ive found the fan, in a box. I can fill the box now lol have a safe cool day xx

very muggy here with sunny periods. Have booked Harry in for a deshed as he has a very thick, wavy coat and feels the heat. Not normally a problem in Scotland.

Humid here and sweltering, fans on in house, hoping for rain to clear the air. So glad Finley went to groomer last week otherwise he would find this very uncomfortable.

A hot walk today, despite a welcome breeze. We are now cooling off in the house with the window and back door open.

Car passed MOT, hooray. Just got to pay the bill for that and service. Too hot for dog walking today so Harry had a short van trip and a run around with my son’s dog in the garden. It is clouding over now so will take him out for walk. Going to son’s or dinner as watching grandson this evening. He is bigger than me now.

My car has MOT later this month as well. Started the day feeling very tired and low but managed to get a load of washing out, all dried now, and met Flo spaniel and her dad in the forestry early afternoon. Very quiet there.

im back there monday so will try and book then

car in for service and MOT. this is expensive month as also have road tax and insurance, boiler service and getting some exterior painting done. I hope nothing else rears its head. If nobody else can book appointments then nobody else will get one until she comes back.

no appointments for blood tests, the lady is away for a week who books them. really? noone else can book them like they book drs appointments? Ill be having a word about that
