So what's happening Pingu?

I am currently doing some tinkering behind the scenes to add in some features I want in place before I do the reorganisation.

during this time you may notice your member group changes, weird buttons appear.. and then vanish and slices of toast suddenly materialise before being eaten by a low flying puppy...

all is well and will be working fully over the next week.

rescue wise I have some really nice stuff going in that I hope will be of use to you for both re-homing and fundraising.. provided it all works properly of course...

Apparently, an appeal on a point of law has been submitted.

No idea what has been going on in terms of people & personalities involved & not involved but we surely can't criticise the woman for wanting to save her dog

I wish them luck but would be surprised if "the system" were to suddenly admit they had got this one wrong now I'm afraid.

Sadly it looks like the family have finally had to acknowledge legal defeat. They are still hoping Belfast Council may let him be homed in the states (I hope so, though I don't think they will do so personally) and failing that that they will at least get the chance to say goodbye. I think that's the least they & poor Lennox deserve personally but again it wouldn't surprise me if they were to be denied even that I'm afraid. How very sad that a dog who has harmed no one and a family who love him should be torn apart like this :(
