Asmo
Coryn from Rochdale Dog Recue has just been notified of a black lab found. Details that I have are as follows: Black lab, looks full lab, but is a little thinner, and slightly longer coat. But is only young so maybe not filled out yet. Approx 8 months old, but still has some milk teeth. No testicles evident, but unsure whether neutered or just hasn't dropped yet. Found tied to a tree in Tandle Hills Country Park, Royton, Oldham at around 4pm today (Sat 20th May). Wearing a dark blue fabric/webbing type narrow collar. No ID tags. He appears to respond the the name SAM, so perhaps similar sounding names (Sam/Stan/Tam etc) Or maybe lived in a household with a child named Sam, or another dog, so recognises the sound?. The finder is housing the dog for the moment and is aware that he needs to get the dog scanned for a microchip on Monday. Local police stations informed. Finder is keen to offer a permanent home to the dog, but obviously we're hoping there is a worried owner out there looking for this lad. Contact is via Coryn on: 07917 542856. Alternatively if for any reason you cannot get hold of Coryn, please contact me via email ([email protected]) with your details and I will forward your message. Thank you.
