alexis
Charlie recently saw an orthopaedic vet in SW London. We took Xrays with us but she had to have another 5 more at a cost of about £300. Be prepared for a big bill! The consultation fee alone for us is £80 plus VAT. Luckily Charlie is insured. Surgery was around £2400 for a dislocating patella. The vet was great though. Don't know about the one you mentioned tho, sorry!
Brenda
Daisy & Ben were both referred to an orthapaedic vet (Ben due to his spondylitis and Daisy after a fall - slipped disc on her spine) He was in Castle Donington, Derbyshire. Can't praise him enough, he really knew his stuff and diagnosed Daisy's problem almost immediately when several of the vets at our practice really didn't have a clue what she had done. Both of them had an MRI and surgery. Not cheap though, the MRI alone cost £800! Was definitely worth it though and thankfully they were insured.
