He can be slightly aggressive if he is on a lead and meets another dog, but he has a good recall. He can be left alone for short periods, & he travels well in the car. Russell likes plenty of exercise and will chase the odd rabbit, even disappearing down a few rabbit holes! Although Russell has lived out he is house trained. Typical of terriers, he can be possessive over bones, and we would NOT rehome him with babies and toddlers, cats, or other small furry animals, We would prefer someone who has experience of this breed, and Russell would settle in with another dog or bitch.
