I said you 2 had phoned and she said I had said the same as you. I have had a confirmation email of the sending of the replacement too. I think she is concerned that non of it arrived and is going to investigate. She did ask me to let her know if the original bottle ever arrives. mooandboo Posted February 2, 2010 Report Share Posted February 2, 2010 Hmmm....when I spoke to the woman yesterday she looked at my account and assured me that my order was dispatched the next day - 15th Jan...I've received two parcels today, one dated 30th Jan and one (the replacement) dated yesterday - not sure what's happened there... I opened it and dried herbs fell out. the bottle has leaked a bit and smeared the label so I have emailed her and asked for a doseage email. Wendy. You have 2 bottles. That's what happened. Nice one. I know but I know I'm going to 'fess up I'll pay for the second lot (I ordered 2 bottles so have 4 ) if the first lot work & send them back if not.
