rhydowenrodentrefuge Posted October 21, 2009 Report Share Posted October 21, 2009 Contact/organisation details: Rhydowen Rodent Refuge, www.rhydowenrodentrefuge.webs.com [email protected] Location: Rhydowen, Ceredigion, West Wales Species: Guinea pigs Number of groups: 1 Group: 1 Number of animals: 2 Sex: Males Age(s): 2-3 years Name(s): Harley & GP Colours: Harley is tri-coloured and GP is agouti rex Neutered: No Reason for rehoming: They were rescued from being snake food when they were babies. They are now 2-3 years old and the owner was worried they were attracting rats and that they may get attacked sp they came here. Temperament: They were living seperately as they fell out some time ago. However, since they arrived on the 08/10/09 they have been living together and appear to be getting on well. We are keeping a close eye on them but hope they will be happy together and can be rehomed as a pair. Harley is more confident than GP who is slightly smaller. Medical problems: None known although Harley has some fur missing on his back where the boys fell out some time ago. Will the group be split: No, as long as they continue to get on well Transport available: Some possible to other areas of Wales but will rehome to other areas as long as the home can be checked and transport can be arranged.
