I have just heard off a friend that 5 dogs have died of poisioning after walking in Cofton Park i dont have any other details but i just wanted to let people know who walk in the area just to be extra careful when dogs are of lead they are not picking up and eating things they shouldnt and if they do to keep a close eye on them. Houndwoman Posted October 12, 2009 Report Share Posted October 12, 2009 I used to walk my lot in Cofton Park at least 3 times a week when I lived in B'ham full time but haven't been there for about 12 months now although I drive past it regularly when I am up there. It is such a lovely scenic park to walk in and there is a strong dog community that use it. I am glad I don't go if this is true as my Beagles would definately pick stuff up 100% guaranteed! I have just 'phoned my friend in B'ham to alert her as she takes her little Cav there every day.
