Fee
Cuddly Zak is a 14 year old Lhasa Apso who was rehomed by Oldies Club earlier this year. Unfortunately, due to a change in his owner’s circumstances, Zak has been returned to us and is now looking for another home. He is currently in the care of an Oldies Club foster home in Chelmsford, Essex. This is what his new foster mum has to say about him; Zak is a lovely little chap who really doesn’t act his age. He is very fit and loves to go for long walks over the fields. He enjoys playing with our own two Lhasa Apsos, but doesn’t seem very keen on larger dogs. He enjoys his quiet time too, usually in the mornings when he has a nap while I’m at work and then again in the evening after his dinner! We think Zak would prefer to be part of a family household where he will have another small dog for company. He’d also be quite happy living with cats. Zak very much enjoys a routine and although he loves company he doesn’t mind being left for a few hours during day. He’s fitted in very well with us so we’re sure he’ll make a perfect addition for another family. Zak is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and has been flea and worm treated. He’s recently had a dental and had two teeth removed. Zak has a mild heart murmur, but he doesn’t need medication for this at the moment. He also has very slight arthritis, but this is being managed very well with a bio flow collar. If you are interested in Zak, please refer to our Adoption Procedures for information about the adoption process. You can then contact an Oldies Club rehoming co-ordinator as follows: Email: [email protected] Telephone: 0844 586 8656 Zak can be rehomed anywhere in the UK, subject to a satisfactory home visit, but note that you will be required to travel to the foster home to meet him.
