staffymonkey Posted March 10, 2006 Report Share Posted March 10, 2006 Maddie and I have just been ooop North to visit my Ma and Pa, and we came across what must be one of the most dog-friendly pubs I've ever been to... with truly outstanding food! Within 5 minutes, even the kitchen staff came out to say hello to Maddie, who lay in state in front of a real log fire, with a dish of water, and a free organic sausage! Meanwhile, the human element of the party enjoyed homemade french onion soup and a rather special pork wrapped in pancetta on flavoured mash. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm is all I have to say. Apart from GO GO GO!!! It's no-smoking, but you can have your dog anywhere in the premises, even the posh resturant bit, as long as they're quiet (ish) and fairly well behaved!
