Tempest
I'm leaving work tomorrow - hurrrah!! And have about 400 notepad files on my PC that I need to email to my horrid employer. I asked him to send me a CD to do this but he hasn't so he's asked that I zip the files and send them that way. I've never done this so have no idea how to. He gave me this link to install some software: http://www.download.com/WinZip/3000-2250_4-10003164.html Basically the software won't download and he's having a right rant at me about it and I just want to sort it so I can leave without any hassle Can anyone help? safneo
If you cant download via that link try googling 'winzip' yourself and find one to download. Then in your documents file (or wherever the files are stored, right click on the file and select 'send to' then compressed zip file. This creates a zip file which you can then attach to email. Tempest
Ah thanks for that. I've managed to download the Winzip thingy eventually so that's something at least so I'll give it a go tomorrow and see if it works!
