Kathyw
Do you have to weigh stuff and then take it to the post office to get the cost of postage before listing the item? Thank you. I am off to prepare for decorating so shall be missing for a while.
Phoenyx
That's the best way to do it
murtle
You don't have to, but you may undercharge the winner so you'd be out of pocket. You can work it on your kitchen scales and the royal mail website if the items aren't too large. If you've seriously overcharged on postage it may put some bidders off... Rudi
Could you weigh it on your kitchen scales and then look up how much the postage is on-line?
yena
Royal Mail online site, it will help you decided what to charge. Don't forget to charge for the packaging materials and a little big of time for you going to the post office http://www.royalmail.com/portal/rm
doggy.lover
I tend to parcel it up then weigh it on my kitchen scales as they are digital and give more accurate reading. Then I look up the cost on the Royal Mail website
Nettie
I weigh on the kitchen scales, then buy my postage on line, you just put inthe weight of the parcel and where its going to, fill in the address and print out the label, they give you a deadline of the following working day before you must actually post the letter/parcel and then just pop in the post office and leave the parcel without having to queue.
