You could sprout your own seeds/pulses. Tis very easy and you only have to spray them (after soaking which you could do at the weekends) and when ready to harvest you have a very nutrious meal. Beware though - I used to take a large container for my lunch sometimes and by the time lunchtime came around the other people in the office had eaten most of the container - very morish.
