Ginger is currently recovering from a broken pelvis and a dislocated hip, which has been treated surgically with a femoral head excision. She is doing really well and is now urgently looking for a good home or foster home. Ginger is calm and affectionate and craves human companionship. She is well behaved and friendly but does not like being left alone. She pretty much ignores other dogs completely, and has not yet been cat tested. She is looking for a foster or permanent home with someone around a lot of the time, and would suit a retired person or couple. At the moment she requires more rest and reduced exercise but eventually she will be able to go on walks etc. She may always have a skewed back end and an odd gait, but she is getting around just fine. Please PM me if you are interested or know someone that might be. Ginger is a gorgeous little girl but she's really not doing well in kennels.
