Yantan
The tea gardens are on the way down to Keswick lake (Derwent Water) They have an outside terrace where dogs are very welcome. There is a covered in bit at the side useful for when it's raining and quite warm when they put the big patio heater on. It has a fairly limited menu but the food is good and it's just smashing to be able to get something to eat with a cuppa and have your dogs by your side. Cockshott wood right in the back of the tea gardens is a pleasant walk and there are many paths leading off from there that take you on longer walks. Maria
Is this on the 'road' past the theatre? If so, we went in November and had a lovely lunch in the covered area.
