Maggi
Is a lovley boxer boy of 7+ years. Abraham was picked up as a stray & taken to the pound. He is still fit & active for his age. He is rather strong on his lead but much better wearing a body harness. Abraham is very well behaved in the car. He does get confused sometimes & thinks he is a lap dog! He has a problem with eyes called Panis, this means he will need to be on drops for the rest of his life. They are not expensive, about £4.00 per month. He is due to go back to the vet next week for a dental. Abraham is neutered, fully vac'd, chipped, wormed & frontlined. Abraham has now had an extensive dental. He also walks much better on his lead now, he still gets excited at the start of his walks & insists on stopping half was for a cuddle or two. At this time of his life he deserves to be in a loving home, not a kennel. Abraham is still quite scared of larger males dogs to start with, he does love little ones though. He has waited for such a long time now that he is starting to show signs of stress. There will be no adoption fee requested for Abraham, although a donation would be appreciated. NR Boxer Rescue
Abraham is now in our care as he needed to be in a home enviroment. He will be socialised with the other dogs shortly and will be attending Boxer training classes as from next week . He's a very loving lad and give's the BEST slobber kisses ever Anyone interested in offering Abraham a new home please contact me on Gail - 07512798281 NR Boxer Rescue Potential owners are interviewed and a homecheck carried out by a experienced homechecker . New owners sign an Adoption Contract. Ongoing support is provided and regular checks made on all rehomed dogs. Should family circumstances change, dogs are ALWAYS accepted back and re-homed. We expect new owners to give the dog a reasonable amount of time to settle and adjust to their new life, however if an incompatibility arises and you can no longer keep the dog, the dog MUST be returned to us. NR Boxer Rescue
Photo Added .. We have found Abraham to be a very loving lad, he's good in the house, walks well on the lead, enjoy's playing with the other male Boxers. He enjoyed a trip out in the car yesterday and was treated to an icecream for being good (which he gobbled down in 2 seconds flat )
