kittycat Posted March 2, 2008 Report Share Posted March 2, 2008 My phone has never had any problems but the other day a white screen came up but I turned it on and off and it was fine, now I get nothing but a white screen any ever experienced similar? dirtychicken Posted March 17, 2008 Report Share Posted March 17, 2008 Steph This is known as The White Screen of Death in mobiles Sophie got it on her Benq-Siemens and I posted a thread about it somewhere. I took it to Carphone Warehouse and they said that it was a software failure and it would need sending to the manufacturers to be sorted. Thanks for replying dirtychook I must of had a lucky escape I beat it up a bit (literally) and it works now, it's a flip phone and someone said the pins can become dislodged.
