More Help Please, Docs Are Scrambled.

I was transferring stuff from my desktop that I had saved on a disc.

Photos, docs etc.

Photos all transferred over fine but all the documents look like a foreign language.

 

I did this before when I got a new desktop and had no problems but not this time.

 

Please can someone help?
